4-1. Personal information supplied through direct input or using electronic media

Before deciding to supply your personal information, please make sure to read and accept the separately specified procedures with which the Company will handle requests made by an individual who has supplied personal information. Requests could be about notification of purpose of usage and/or confirmation (disclosure) of personal information, or about amendments to the content of the personal information collected by the Company, suspension of use or deletion of the relevant information. However, there may be cases in which products, etc. cannot be used in whole or in part, without the sharing of personal information. Personal information collected through other means will only be used to the extent necessary for the purposes listed below:

2. Provision of product information and announcements via telephone, facsimile, email, etc.
3. Provision of promotional materials such as product literature, leaflets, samples, etc.
4. Announcements of campaigns, exhibitions and other events related to the Company's products, etc.
5. Questionnaires, research and analysis for planning, development and sale of the Company's products
6. Provision of the Company's products or services that customers have purchased or requested, and servicing and maintenance thereof

The Company will not use any personal information for purposes other than those listed above without the consent of the individual(s) concerned (unless otherwise required by legislation or other legal regulations).

The Company may share necessary items of personal information supplied by an individual with its business partners with which the Company has concluded a nondisclosure agreement. However, the Company will not supply or disclose personal information it has collected to any third party without the consent of the concerned individual(s) (unless otherwise required by legislation or other legal regulations).

Although the supply of personal information is up to individuals, there may be cases in which the relevant individual will not be able to use the products, etc. in whole or in part, or without inconvenience, unless personal information is supplied.

Should you request confirmation (disclosure) and/or amendments to the content of the personal information collected by the Company, or suspension of use or deletion of the relevant information, contact the administrator shown below. The Company will answer, within a reasonable time period, such requests from the relevant individual, by following the procedure specified by the Company, including verification of the identity of the individual who supplied such information.
